Good costumer service!

Not a very good Erik's. 3 stars because the chain is good. Not this one, though. Sandwiches aren't made like the other Erik's. Dry, not tasty. Yuck.

Great sandwiches, and even better soup. The tomato bisque is to die for!

Food is fresh and delicious. The service here is always great as well.

LOVE Erik's! Have been enjoying their sandwiches for years. My go-to is the Pot Belly, but on nine grain wheat instead of sourdough. I'm a huge sourdough fan but theirs can often be quite dry. Erik's is one of the only sandwich places that still use alfalfa sprouts. Sprouts are one of my favorite toppings, so whenever I'm cravimg a sandwich, I default to Erik's! Don't forget the pickle spear; they're da bomb!

Excellent food just a tad bit expensive.

I had a half sandwich/soup bowl combo meal. Abbott's habit was good. The soup needed salt (which was easily remedied), but it was barely above room temperature. :-/

This cafe is amazing ! I can be a little timely when deciding what I want and none of the staff make me feel rushed ! The tomato soup here is a 5 star by itself so you put great help and great food together and this can be really refreshing these days ! Food was good but there were several employees standing around and we had to look for a clean table. Many had eaten and left and the tables weren't cleaned.

Its not cheers but someone there remembered my name and well just say my name ain't easy to remember...love their rotation of different seasonal soups and they are always adding new items to their menu. It can get a little busy but that just means it is good. Check them out.

Great service. Friendly workers. Food was perfect for us. Got the strawberry fields salad and soup. Great lunch spot!

We just love the chicken pesto sandwich

Very crowded and better line management needed. One person at the register with a line that stretched to the door. Two people serving soup and making salads, which sat around until you made it to the register. Soup was good, but not piping hot since it sat around for several minutes. Sandwich was tasty. Once order was placed and paid for, food arrived very quickly.

First time in this morgan hill location, ordered a turkey sandwich, and a bowl of chili, staff was freindly, even the new girl on register was great, fois was awesome ,the dining area and restrooms was clean, my only complaint is im not a fan of sprouts, but I'll be back soon that's for sure, my server was Amanda, she was training and making sandwiches at the same time, and still managed to work swiftly, i sure hope shes working on my next visit. Always fast, friendly and hospitable.

Of all the Erik's in the nearby area (Cottle, Tennant) this is by far the best one to come to, the servers are always the most polite/friendly, also they very much listen to the requests of customers (eg. extra sprouts, pickles, etc.) and take customer requests very seriously. I very much recommend this location over the other two Erik's in the nearby vicinity due to their consistently amazing service.

Had the Raging Bull, filled me up, and every bite was delicious. Nice people inside were a bit busy, but they did let me know they'd be right with me. (Whatever happened to that)? Never been there, would 100 percent visit again.

Ventured out and tried something other than my chicken pesto. Went with the Pilgrim's Progress. It was delicious.

I added grilled chicken to my salad and it seemed low quality, very processed. Every thing else was good.

Did I “enjoy” the Chicken Durango? That’d be a gross understatement! I LOVED the Chicken Durango!And that terrific sandwich was handcrafted and served by friendly staff, just like I always, unfailingly enjoy at every Erik’s DeliCafé.Hungry? In northern Morgan Hill? Get in here!

This place is amazing ! Cute little sandwich and soup cafe ! Everyone has been such a doll especially I believe her name was Mandy . Props to that girl for moving so fast in a lunch rush too and for recommendations on the tomato basil soup . The best soup
